The Customer Account Manager will play pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery, and implementing strategies that align with both client and company goals.

Customer Account Manager Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.

* Proactively manage client accounts, ensuring services delivered are within budget and aligned with client expectations.

* Maintain and update accurate client records, including contracts, renewals, and service documentation.

* Collaborate with the Head of Department to review and enhance internal processes for greater efficiency.

* Demonstrate a thorough understanding of client requirements and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
