Job Title: Curriculum Manager - Construction
Reporting to: Head of Faculty Contract: Full-time (37 hours) Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience)
Overview
Lead the planning, development and delivery of Construction programmes across FE, Adult, HE and Apprenticeships. Ensure high-quality teaching, strong learner outcomes and alignment with local skills needs.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Quality
Develop and maintain industry-relevant construction curriculum Ensure programmes meet local and regional skills needs Monitor and improve teaching, learning and assessment Lead quality assurance, course reviews and action plans Ensure compliance with awarding bodiesTeam Leadership
Lead, support and develop teaching staff Oversee curriculum planning and delivery Drive performance against targets (achievement, retention, growth) Promote best practice across the teamOperations & Delivery
Maintain accurate course records and tracking systems Work with internal teams (MIS, exams, marketing) Support enrolment and open day activity Embed English, maths and digital learningStakeholder Engagement
Build relationships with employers and external partners Act on learner feedback to improve delivery Support curriculum growth and developmentCompliance & General Duties
