Here at Brockenhurst College, we are looking to recruit a Curriculum Leader for Engineering on a full -time, permanent basis. In return,you will receive a competitive salary of £51,016 - £53,633 per annum DOE plus either an Annual Market Supplement of £5,000pa or access to the Targeted Retention Incentive scheme of £4,000-£6,000 pa (depending on eligibility).

The Role:

As our Curriculum Leader for Engineering, you will lead and develop the Curriculum area effectively across all aspects of teaching, learning, and assessment, ensuring high levels of quality, student satisfaction, excellent outcomes, and strong progression. You will inspire outstanding practice, drive innovation, and support the continuous development of staff, while shaping a forward-thinking curriculum that reflects industry needs and emerging technologies.
