Total People, one of the UK's leading apprenticeship providers and part of LTE Group, now have an exciting opportunity for talented professionals to come and join our team in the Curriculum & Performance Manager - Technical and Trades.\n\nThis role is offered on a permanent, full-time (37 hours per week) basis, based at our Wythenshawe campus.\n\nYou will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the curriculum including management of learning coaches, ensuring implementation and effective operation of end-to-end learner journey processes, curriculum design and innovation, learner progression and quality of provision.\n\n As a Curriculum & Performance Manager - Technical and Trades working for Total People, we can guarantee variety, support, and a great company to work for!\n\nIn order to be successful in your application you will need to meet the following essential criteria:\n\nHold or work towards Certificate in Education (level 4) or equivalent\nVocational experience in one curriculum area of responsibility (L3)\nMaths and English at L2 or equivalent\nExperience of creating and delivering high quality learning programmes\nAbility to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment\nA willingness and ability to work unsocial hours (e.g.: occasional evening work) to meet the needs of the business as required\nA willingness to travel to meet the needs of the business\nExcellent leadership skills and ability to support the development of teams\nAbility to work on your own initiative and be self- motivated\nExcellent communication skills, both written and oral.\nAbility to establish and maintain good working relationships with a diverse range of peopleBenefits:\n\n34 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, plus birthday day off\nsignificant pension contribution\nRetail Discounts\nEmployee Assistance Program\nHealthcare discountsTotal People is an equal opportunities employer.
