CSA Site Supervisor Requirements for the Role: Ideally, 3+ years’ experience as a CSA Supervisor/Site Manager High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and influencing skills Experience with Major Projects, ideally with a Main Contractor/General Contractor Educated to degree level or equivalent in Engineering or a relevant subject.
