CSA Construction Manager (Contract)
Rate: £420-£440 per day (Outside IR35) Contract Length: Initial 6 months Start Date: Immediate Location: Oxfordshire
Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join a live project on an immediate start basis. The role is initially offered as a 6-month contract , with strong potential for extension depending on project requirements. This position would suit a CSA-led Construction Manager who is also competent overseeing M&E installations , ideally gained within highly regulated environments and working for a Tier 1 contractor .
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage CSA construction activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification Provide oversight and coordination of M&E installations , ensuring effective interface with CSA works Manage subcontractors and work packages, chairing site meetings and driving performance Ensure full compliance with HSEQ standards , regulatory requirements, and client expectations Coordinate with design, commercial, and project management teams to resolve technical and programme challe...
