We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Cruise & Vacation Specialist to join our remote travel team. In this role, you will help clients plan, book, and enjoy unforgettable cruise vacations and leisure travel experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Engage with clients via phone, email, or video to understand their cruise and vacation preferences, budgets, and special needs.

Tailored Itinerary Planning: Create customized cruise and vacation packages that include stateroom selection, shore excursions, transfers, and pre/post-cruise accommodations.

Booking Management: Handle all cruise and travel reservations using supplier platforms and booking systems.

Customer Support: Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel, addressing questions, changes, and any travel-related issues.

Promote Upgrades & Add-Ons: Recommend cabin upgrades, travel insurance, dining packages, and excursions to enhance client experiences and increase revenue.

Stay Current: Keep informed about cruise lines’ policies, promotions, new itineraries, and travel advisories.

Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate client records, payments, and booking confirmations.

Relationship Building: Develop lasting client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
