What will you be doing?
Overseeing and developing the company CRM database to improve engagement Planning and executing targeted email marketing campaigns Creating and managing automated email journeys and nurture campaigns Maintaining strong data quality through segmentation and database management Monitoring campaign performance including open rates and engagement metrics Producing reports and insights to help optimise campaign results Collaborating with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and lead generation Creating newsletters, updates, and marketing communications Supporting wider digital marketing activity including LinkedIn campaigns Identifying ways to improve CRM usage and marketing automation processes
