As a CRM Marketing Manager based in Warwick , you’ll be responsible for: Leading CRM projects end-to-end, working with teams across the business to ensure smooth planning, progress tracking, and delivery.
Owning the CRM campaign schedule, making sure key activities are well-planned, resourced, and aligned with trading, product launches, and customer lifecycle stages.
Driving platform improvements, partnering with IT and other teams to prioritise CRM enhancements that boost campaign performance and efficiency.
Championing best practice, ensuring GDPR compliance, consistent documentation, and high-quality campaign execution across all touchpoints.
And here’s what we’d like you to have: Proven ability to manage multiple CRM projects, campaigns, and workstreams with precision and pace.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud), including campaign setup, briefing, and testing.
Skilled in mapping and documenting processes to drive clarity and continuous improvement.
Excellent communicator and collaborator, confident working across teams and functions to deliver results.
