About the Role This role will focus on managing CRM channels, primarily email and SMS marketing. Youll play a key role within a busy marketing function, working closely with design, retail marketing, and digital teams to deliver engaging and effective CRM campaigns. The position covers the full CRM lifecycle from campaign planning and briefing through to build, delivery, optimisation, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver CRM email and SMS campaigns end-to-end, including scheduling and deployment. Build, test, and deploy engaging email and SMS communications using a CRM platform (e.g. Klaviyo). Create and maintain targeted customer segments to improve relevance and campaign performance. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
