This is a hands‑on role where you’ll own the execution of campaigns and flows, combining creativity with data to deliver impactful, high‑performing customer communications.If you’re passionate about building best‑in‑class lifecycle journeys and know how to turn insight into action, this is a brilliant opportunity to make your mark.The RoleOwn the end‑to‑end execution of CRM campaigns and automated flows within Klaviyo – this is a core requirement of the roleBuild, optimise and scale email and SMS campaigns, ensuring best practice across design, copy, segmentation and deliveryDevelop and manage automated lifecycle flows (welcome, post‑purchase, winback, browse abandonment, etc.) to drive engagement and revenueUse data‑led insights to continuously refine performance, improving open rates, conversion and customer retentionApply smart segmentation strategies within Klaviyo to deliver highly personalised and relevant customer experiencesWork closely with ecommerce, marketing and customer experience teams to align CRM activity with wider business goalsSupport key trading moments including launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional periodsAnalyse campaign performance and translate insights into clear actions that drive measurable resultsYour ExperienceProven experience in a CRM / Lifecycle Marketing role, ideally within a luxury, premium or DTC brandStrong hands‑on experience with Klaviyo (essential), including building campaigns and flowsSolid understanding of customer journeys, segmentation and lifecycle strategyExperience working with Shopify Plus and GA4 (Recharge or subscription platforms a bonus)A data‑driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and performanceStrong attention to detail and a passion for delivering best‑in‑class customer communicationsWhy This RoleThis is an opportunity to join a brand with real momentum, scaling internationally and setting a high bar for both creativity and performance.You’ll play a key role in shaping the customer journey, owning CRM execution and driving measurable growth, all within a business that values innovation, pace and excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
