Lead CRM consultancy projects for charity clients Run workshops, assess systems, and produce actionable reports Advise on best practices for fundraising CRMs (Dynamics, Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, Beacon, etc.) Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions that matter
What You'll Bring
Hands‑on experience with fundraising CRMs (Dynamics or Raiser's Edge preferred) Strong communication skills and confidence in client workshops Proactive problem‑solving and a professional approach Charity sector experience is a bonus, but not essential
