In this medior role, you’ll take ownership of impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience.You’ll play a key role in crafting personalised, data-driven strategies that not only engage and activate but convert, while driving continuous improvement through performance analysis and innovation. You are a part of our Base Management and Retention marketing team and will work on all Urban Gym Group brands, both in the Netherlands and in London.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple channels; email, app, WhatsApp, SMS and in-club communication.Develop compelling content together with our Brand Team that drives action.Strategically segment and manage audiences for targeted outreach.Monitor and analyse key performance metrics (open rates, clicks, conversions).Lead A/B testing initiatives to refine CRM performance.Collaborate with internal teams to create on-brand communications.Manage and improve automations and workflows.Build and optimise automated funnels for customer journeys.Stay ahead of email marketing trends and innovations to elevate our strategy.YouBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on CRM and marketing automation.Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.Proficiency with email marketing platforms and tools.Strong understanding of A/B testing, segmentation, and automation strategies.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a strong advantage.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Experience in retention marketing is a pro.We offerFree Gym membership for you and a +128 Holidays + Bank HolidaysAccess to an Employee Assistance Programme, Discounts and perks, loyalty holiday scheme, your birthday off! #J-18808-Ljbffr
