The successful candidate will manage a complex caseload of criminal matters, including both Legal Aid and private work, with minimal supervision. An outstanding billing, police station, and diary/admin support team will support them. The firm offers a genuine career progression pathway up to and including equity partnership. Although the firm is looking for a candidate with some following /proven referral sources, there will be a caseload to come to.
