A client based in Gravesend, Kent is recruiting for a Credit Controller to work within team. The ideal candidate will have experience of credit control or customer service, making outbound calls
Essential Skills
Excellent customer service skills
Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Analytical skills and thorough attention to detail
The ability to listen and negotiate with customers
Excellent verbal communication
Persistence and determination
Solid skills in Microsoft - Excel, Word, Outlook
Ability to work well in a team
Hours of Work: 9 5.30 pm - Monday to Friday
Remote working: At the end of the probationary period this may be considered with at least 3 days in the office.
Car Parking: Town Centre Workers permit available from Gravesham Borough Council to receive a discount on parking
