Job Title: Corporate Credit Controller
Location: Head Office
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday-Friday
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Thrifty Car and Van Rental are recruiting for a Credit Controller in our Credit Control Department based at our Exeter Head Office.
To assist in the recovery of charges owed from retail and corporate customers for rental, damage, excess mileage, fines, and fuel charges.
The key responsibilities include:
Managing a diary of accounts to be chased and record accurate notes of any activity.
You will be predominately chasing debts by phone; however, you will also be required to write emails and letters supporting this.
Raising revised consolidated invoices and/or credit notes where required.
Liaising with Account Managers / Thrifty branches to obtain additional information required.
Overseeing group mailbox and distributing emails internally to the correct colleague.

Skills, Experience and/or Qualifications Required:
Good understanding of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel & Outlook
Experience in credit control and/or dept collection required
Ability to work to deadlines
Hours of work:
Monday Friday
Between the hours of 8am - 5pm
