Working within the Operations team, You will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service, maintaining strong internal and external relationships, and identifying potential risks to protect both revenue and the reputation of the business. What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and maintain a proactive, effective collections process in line with company policy Ensure all follow-ups and collection activity are completed within agreed timelines Maintain accurate and up-to-date debtor records, including contact details, notes, and diary updates Monitor and verify client ledgers to ensure accuracy at all times Support payment allocation by obtaining remittance advice and relevant payment details Identify and resolve sales ledger queries, working closely with Client Management teams to ensure swift resolution Escalate complex or sensitive cases, including those that may require legal action Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering a consistently high level of service Contribute ideas to improve and enhance credit control processes
