Location: Central Manchester (Hybrid Working) Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end credit control duties, managing B2B collections via phone and email Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to support effective cash collection Proactively managing and reducing aged debt Resolving customer queries and liaising with internal stakeholders where required Cash allocation and account reconciliations Supporting weekly/monthly debtor reporting Assisting with billing processes, including cancellations and adjustments Carrying out credit checks to assess and minimise risk Escalating aged debt to externally where appropriate
