The Role: As Credit Controller, you will take ownership of your ledger, managing the full credit control process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include conducting credit checks, issuing invoices and credit notes, overseeing dunning processes, and reporting on collection status directly to company directors.

This is a hands-on role offering real autonomy, combining credit control with elements of client account management. You’ll be instrumental in improving systems and ensuring customers pay on time and in full.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring prompt payment and effective fund recovery

• Handle all stages of the credit control cycle – from credit checks to issuing invoices and chasing overdue payments
