OverviewCredit Controller | Permanent | Up to £29,000 | Shrewsbury | OnsiteSeymour John are working in partnership with a well‑established organisation within the Shrewsbury area that is looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller on a full‑time, permanent basis.The RoleAs Credit Controller, your responsibilities will include:Credit control and debtor managementChasing outstanding debts using a variety of methodsAdministration linked to debtor processesProcessing supplier invoices using an internal systemSales ledger invoicingSupplier and customer account setupSupplier payment reconciliations and batch preparationProcessing purchase invoices within an accounting systemResolving queries with customers and suppliersQuality control checksGeneral finance and administrative housekeepingSkills & ExperiencePrevious credit control or bookkeeping experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsGood general IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Office 365)Experience with accounting software advantageousStrong literacy and numeracy skillsProactive with excellent attention to detailAble to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlinesAdditional InformationFull‑time hours: Monday to FridayOnsite role #J-18808-Ljbffr
