Job Description

WA is supporting a large, well-established organisation in Glasgow to appoint a Credit Controller who can confidently manage high-volume ledgers and deliver a fast, accurate service within a busy finance team.

This onsite, ongoing temporary role (possibly temp-to-perm) offers the chance to make an immediate impact by improving cashflow, resolving customer queries, and maintaining clean, well-managed accounts.

    Chasing aged invoices and managing recoveries

    Producing credit notes and processing adjustments

    Handling high volumes of customer queries and resolving issues promptly

    \n\t

\n\n

  • \n\t

    Supporting month-end tasks and ledger housekeeping

    \n\t
    • \n
\n\n
    \n\t
  • \n\t

    Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal processes

    Experience working in a high-volume credit control environment

    Background in medium-large or complex organisations

    Strong communication skills and a confident approach to chasing debt

    \n\t

    Ability to manage workload efficiently in a fast-moving setting

    Solid knowledge of credit control processes and best practice
