Description
Manage and maintain accurate customer accounts for timely credit control
Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure prompt payments are made
Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment queries
Conduct regular account reconciliations and report findings to management
Update internal systems with payment records and adjustments
Collaborate with internal teams to address billing disputes
Support monthly reporting on aged debt and cash collection performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulationsProfile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
An organised approach with attention to detail
Experience within a busy Finance team
