About The Role We are recruiting for a Credit Controller - Query Management toinvestigate, resolve and prevent invoice discrepancies queries through effective communication, analysis, and collaboration, adhering to all quality and regulatory standards and expectations. This role is hybrid and you will ideally be based around the Coventry / West Midlands area. The Credit Controller will be responsible for: Maintaining and updating invoice query data and correspondence, ensuring that all information is stored, logged and distributed within agreed timeframes Reviewing and investigating invoice queries and disputes, ensuring customers are appraised of resolution and actions required Providing point of contact with internal stakeholders, teams and or colleagues to support process and continuous improvements Why Lloyds Clinical?
