OverviewDHC Group is a portfolio of healthcare companies based in the UK, which are all connected by a common purpose - to supply specialist outpatient pathways and diagnostic imaging services.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Credit Controller to join our finance team and maintain responsibility for a number of entities within DHC Group. The ideal candidate will assist the finance team in managing and improving credit control activities, ensuring that payments are collected promptly and allocated correctly.ExperiencePrevious experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role is essential.Experience within the healthcare is advantageous, but not mandatorySkillsStrong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a customer-focused approach.Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with financial software or ERP systems (e.g. SUN Systems) is desirable, but not mandatory.Personal AttributesDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Confident in handling customer queries and resolving issues diplomatically.Personal SkillsHaving a professional appearance and demeanour at all times.Good team player.Having a flexible approach to work.Remaining calm under pressure.Non-judgmental.Able to remain confidential at all times.If you are interested in this role please email your CV to recruitment@dhc.uk.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
