Credit Controller

Based: South West London (hybrid 3 days per week in office))

\n\n

Salary: Up to £45,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits

\n\n

A leading international and growing professional services business in South West London is now looking to hire a Credit Controller into  their high profile finance team. Reporting into the Financial Controller the duties of the Credit Controller will include:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Successful management of the credit control function
    • \n\t
  • Onboard new clients and map billing processes
    • \n\t
  • Raising and sending of sales ledger invoices on a timely basis
    • \n\t
  • Prepare and distribute aged debtor reports to directors and managers.
    • \n\t
  • Collection of client debts through credit card processing
    • \n\t
  • Upkeep of company purchase ledger
    • \n\t
  • Invoice processing
    • \n\t
  • Accounts admin
    • \n
\n\n

We are looking for somebody with previous credit control and finance experience who is looking to develop their career within a dynamic, fun organisation

Requirements:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • 4+ years previous credit control / billing and finance experience essential
    • \n\t
  • Must be proactive around debtor responsibilities
    • \n\t
  • Strong understanding of credit control processes
    • \n\t
  • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Sage, Xero) and MS Excel
    • \n\t
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident manner
    • \n\t
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
    • \n\t
  • Flexible, professional and team approach
    • \n\t
  • Previous experience in the professional services or recruitment  sectors highly desirable
    • \n\t
  • Willingness to work in the office 3 days per week
    • \n\t
  • Good sense of humour!
