Credit Controller Job Description
Monitor customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and following up on overdue invoices through various communication methods Assess creditworthiness, set credit limits, and evaluate financial risk through credit checks Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate credit control records Produce reports on aged debt, cash collection, and overall credit exposure Collaborate with internal teams, negotiate payment plans, and escalate high-risk or problematic accounts Credit Controller Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Experience in credit control Excellent communication and negotiation skills Good problem-solving skills Good organization skills Good knowledge of sage 200 and excel
