Credit ControllerTelfordTemporary (ongoing)Working hours 9am 5:30pmSalary up to £27,000Prince Personnel is working with a well-established Telford business seeking a Credit Controller on a temporary basis for around 6 months.You will be responsible for:Liaising with customers via telephone and email to resolve overdue accountsWork with an assigned account base to maximise collection of monies owedTo maintain accurate records of the collection processTo work with customers to identify reasons for late payments and work with them to resolveTo minimise bad debts within assigned account baseTo work closely with the sales department to resolve issues raisedSkills and ExperienceThe role requires someone to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport. You will need to be competent on MS Office, particularly in the use of, Excel and Word.
