Credit Controller - Datchet - £15 - £16 per hour + holiday pay - 3/6 Month contract I am currently recruiting for a Credit Controller for a leading business based in Datchet This is an exciting role working in a fun fast paced environment. Role & Responsibility Responsible for meeting targets in monthly receivables and keeping bad debt to a minimum. Cash flow forecasting - weekly forecast for upcoming month based on customer promise of payments. Opening of accounts in line with Credit Control Procedure Daily bank reconciliation of cash receipts. Communicating with customers via all available means. Liaise with internal departments regarding overdue/disputed accounts. Disputes review on a weekly basis with escalation to account managers and directors as appropriate. Liaising with solicitors and legal representative, when required. Miscellaneous Invoice and Credit Note entry, correctly applied to appropriate nominal codes. Upload invoices to Customers bespoke portal. Prepare and report monthly aged debtors for relevant stakeholders. Review Payment Terms and customer account details on a regular basis. Payment Posting and Allocations - Remittances.
