You’ll take ownership of invoicing, debt collection, reconciliations, and stakeholder communication, ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and accurately.Key Responsibilities Maintainingaccuratecustomer accountsProactively following up on outstanding invoices and resolving customer queriesReducing debtor days and supporting cashflow forecastingCash allocation & reconciliationAllocating customer payments with accuracyReconciling accounts and investigating discrepanciesSupporting month-end closeReporting & ControlsPreparing weekly and monthly aged debt reportsHighlighting high-risk accounts and recommending actionsSupporting audit requirements related to receivables and revenueStakeholder collaborationWorking in close collaboration with Sales, Operations and FinanceSupporting the setup of new customers and credit checksDeveloping andmaintainingprofessional relationships with internal and external stakeholdersOther finance operations supportSupporting wider finance operations asrequiredProviding cover for accounts payable and expense processingAssistingwith finance process improvementsand supporting finance projectsAbout YouYou’re detail‑driven, organised, and proactive in managing your own workload. You’re comfortable working independently, prioritising to meet deadlines, and confidently escalating issues when needed.
