Your new role As a Credit Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the recovery of Inter Partes (IP) and Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) fees. Your responsibilities will include liaising with solicitors and cost draftpersons, monitoring the progress of fee recovery, managing case documentation, and ensuring payments are received promptly. You ll also help maintain accurate records within the case management system and provide general administrative support to the Revenue Control Team.
