Over 100,000 Armagard enclosures protect screens and computers for businesses in 54 countries worldwide.\n\nJob Description:\n\nAs a Credit Controller/Administrator your main responsibility will be chasing debts, but as we are a SME, you would be expected to cover roles with in the Accounts Department.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nLooking after 3 companies.\nManaging customer credit limits and accounts.\nEnsuring timely payments from customers.\nHandling and resolving payment disputes.\nMaintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment.\nSending Invoices out/uploading to portal.\nHelping out with mid month and month end reconciliations for sales.\nEnd of month reports presented to management.\nAssisting with other ad hoc duties ie posting purchase ledger invoices/month end issues\nAssisting with Shipping\nGeneralSkills and Experience:\n\nUseful Experience Sage 50/ HSBC Net/ Access Data Base, Training will be given\nGood communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.Desirable Skills:\n\nSelf-management, oversee your own task list, and keep objectives moving forward.\nCommunication, confidently converse with different departments.To APPLY please send in your CV by clicking on the APPLY NOW link.\n\nCandidates with experience in; Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting Assistant, Billing Assistant, Credit Control Clerk will also be considered for this role
