We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly regarded local business to recruit a Credit Control Manager. This is a key leadership role within the finance function, offering responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact. The Role Manage and oversee the credit control function, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debt Develop, implement, and monitor credit control policies and procedures Set and review customer credit limits and assess credit risk Lead, motivate, and develop the credit control team, setting clear targets and KPIs Liaise with internal teams (sales, finance, customer service) to resolve account issues Produce regular reports on debtor performance, aged debt, and cash flow forecasts Manage escalations, disputes, and legal recovery processes where required Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies What we are looking for...
