Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 (Pro Rata) Hours: Flexible - Minimum 30 hours per week (option for full-time)

What You'll Be Doing
* Managing credit control processes, including chasing overdue invoices and negotiating payment plans. * Conducting credit checks on new and existing customers. * Processing invoices, payments, receipts, expenses, and petty cash accurately. * Carrying out regular bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies. * Maintaining clear, accurate records of all communications with clients. * Collaborating with the finance team on cash flow forecasting and debt reporting. * Assisting with general finance administration and preparing credit control reports.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable. * Confident using accounting software (Xero, Simpro, or similar). * A good understanding of accounts payable and financial reporting. * Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to build positive client relationships. * Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
