Credit Control Assistant Northampton Temporary (3-month contract) Full-time, office-based £12.21

The brief: We are working with a well-established local business who need a confident and proactive individual to support their finance team in a short-term credit control project. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain further hands-on experience in a commercial environment and would be ideally suited to recent graduates or those looking to build on existing accounts admin experience. This role will involve making a high volume of outbound calls to chase outstanding payments and reduce aged debt. Whilst previous credit control experience isn't required, any previous exposure to a similar role, finance work or a call centre environment will be an advantage. Our ideal candidate will be a quick study, self-motivated and have clear, professional communication style and the confidence to deal with corporate B2B clients over the phone. This is a great chance to make a real impact in a short space of time while developing valuable workplace skills and experience.
