Your new role As a Credit Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient credit control processes and ensuring the smooth running of customer accounts. Your duties will include: Managing customer accounts and updating credit information Monitoring aged debt and proactively chasing overdue payments Processing credit applications and conducting credit checks Reconciling accounts and resolving invoice or payment discrepancies Communicating confidently with customers and internal teams Supporting month-end activities and general credit administration This role suits someone who is organised, detail-focused, and confident working with both numbers and people.

What you'll need to succeed Experience in credit control, credit administration, or a similar accounts role Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships A proactive, organised approach to workload management Experience in retail or wholesale is beneficial but not essential.
