The Role

We’re looking for a Creator Operations & Admin Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our creator and UGC operations.

This is a role for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and thrives on structure.

You will be responsible for managing high-volume operational tasks with speed and accuracy, ensuring creators are onboarded, orders are placed correctly, and systems are consistently up to date.

This is not a strategic role.

This is about precision, consistency, and execution at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creator Order Execution

Place a high volume of creator orders daily through Shopify

Ensure all orders are accurate and aligned with internal tracking

Admin & Tracking

Maintain and update spreadsheets with order progress and status

Ensure all tracking fields are accurate and up to date

Manage large volumes of data with precision

Creator Onboarding

Support onboarding of creators into the UGC programme

Ensure all information is organised and correctly recorded

Operational Support

Manage high-volume workflows efficiently

Identify and resolve small issues proactively

Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time

What We’re Looking For

Experience using Shopify (order placement is essential)

Strong experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Able to work quickly without compromising quality

Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Strong admin and coordination skills
