Creative Operations Supervisor

CPS Group UK are delighted to be supporting a well-known Media & Entertainment brand to appoint a seasoned Creative Operations Supervisor for an initial 6-month term. The role will support EMEA Marketing & Creative teams in both operational execution and project delivery of creative marketing initiatives.

The role is based on-site in London, so candidates must be able to be office based in London at least 4/5 days per week.

Role Requirements

* Support creative briefs and project timelines/workflows proactively ensuring deadlines are adhered to * Review briefs, ensuring all relevant content and information is accurate and included * Organise and oversee creative project meetings * Provide status updates of work-in-progress projects to both UK & EMEA teams * Ensure creative team(s) and agencies have necessary info/content to execute briefs successfully * Support cross-functional creative department communications * QC at each stage of the project * Collate all associate asset information per campaign (incl. compliance) * Monitor and track creative approvals * Responsible for ensuring correct planning to...
