Are you a creative who doesn't just come up with ideas, but interrogates the brief, defines the direction, and shapes how a brand truly shows up?

You’ll sit right at the heart of a fast-growing brand experience agency and be charged with bringing creativity firmly into everything they deliver.


You'll be the big idea person, the one who sets the creative vision and owns the concept from the very first spark. You'll transform a client brief into bold, compelling creative. Defining the direction before anyone else even sees it and making sure every idea is distinctive, deliverable and built for impact beyond the moment.


The nuts and bolts:

  • Lead from the front on concept development, generating big, bold ideas that set the creative direction for a campaign or experience
  • Interrogate client briefs and define a clear strategic direction for your clients brand and event
  • Translate that direction into a coherent approach which covers environment, narrative, content and audience journey
  • Develop creative concepts that are both distinctive and effective, designed to drive behaviour and measurable impact
  • Build content and narrative into the experience from the outset
  • Work hand-in-hand with strategy, production and client services to keep ideas grounded and commercially viable
  • Shape pitch narratives and key moments within the live experience, bringing people along with you
  • Help define what the agency's creative mindset looks like in practice


All about you:

A big ideas person: you're at your best at the front end of creative, generating bold concepts that excite clients and push the work forward

A strategic creative: you can take a loose brief and shape it into something sharp, clear and compelling

Experienced in the space: you’ll come with a proven track record in brand experience, live events, spatial design or similar

A strong storyteller: you love a pitch deck, are confident in the room and able to take people on a journey

Visually fluent: you can guide designers and external partners without needing to be the one holding the pen

Impact-focused: you design for behaviour, content and measurable outcomes, not just aesthetic moments

Comfortable with ambiguity — you shape direction rather than waiting for one

Culturally curious — you have a genuine point of view on creativity and know how to apply it constructively
