Creative Designer – £45,000 – Hybrid (1 Day in Office – Bradford/Leeds Area)

Our client, a forward-thinking organisation in the technology sector, is looking for a Creative Designer to join their collaborative marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that span global campaigns and innovative digital experiences.

The Role

This is a digital-first role—approximately 75 percent digital and 25 percent print—so you will need to be confident designing across multiple formats and platforms. From animated explainers and web visuals to brochures and branded merchandise, your work will help shape the visual identity of a leading tech brand.

What You Will Be Doing

• Designing digital assets for web, email, social media, and video
• Creating print materials including flyers, brochures, and event collateral
• Developing branded templates and ensuring visual consistency
• Designing and editing web pages (WordPress), with an understanding of HTML and CSS
• Storyboarding and producing motion graphics and animations to showcase products and services

What We Are Looking For

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar creative role
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Experience with animation and motion graphics is essential
• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and a basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• A creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and a collaborative mindset

Location and Working Pattern

• Hybrid role based in the Bradford/Leeds area
• One day per week in the office, with flexibility for remote working
