Imagine starting your day with a fully prepped crane, a clear lift plan, and a crew counting on your skill. You'll spend your time doing meaningful work, operating modern equipment, and being part of a team where trust and respect aren't earned with titles but with action.

Who Shouldn't Apply

You don't hold a current NCCCO certification.
You're unsure if you can pass a drug test or background check.
You struggle with punctuality or clear communication.

You'll Fit Right In If
You have at least 3 years of experience on structural steel erection sites.
You're confident in reading load charts, using hand signals, and coordinating with riggers.
You value team safety as much as personal skill.

You take ownership of your crane, your day, and your outcomes.
What You'll Be Responsible For
As a Crane Operator, you'll be responsible for:
Safely transporting, setting up, and operating cranes on job sites.
Executing precise lifts, aligning with daily erection plans.
Inspecting your equipment every day and addressing any issues promptly.
Communicating clearly with signalers, foremen, and fellow crew members.
Participating in safety briefings and upholding OSHA and NCCCO standards.
Keeping projects on schedule by reducing downtime and lift delays.
Qualifications as a Crane Operator
Minimum 3 years of experience operating cranes on steel erection sites.
NCCCO certification or equivalent.
OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour construction safety certification .
Valid CDL and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and situational awareness.
Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions.
