Are you a CQC Registered Manager looking for your next exciting opportunity? Our client is a fairly new care service and are looking for driven and passionate leader to take the reins.

There is flexibility with regards to working hours and Contract / part-time hours may be beneficial to the right candidate.
The Role
Strong knowledge of compliance, safeguarding , and care standards.
A CQC-registered individual with previous experience in managing domiciliary care services.
A self-starter with excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a genuine difference.
Someone confident in building and developing care packages, recruiting and leading staff, and working with commissioners and families.
