We’re currently recruiting reliable, confident, and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join the team at Tudor Grange Academy, Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and high-achieving school community.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll:

Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment.
Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain classroom engagement.
Manage behaviour in line with the school’s policies.
Support students with their learning and development as needed.
What We’re Looking For

Experience working with young people (ideally within a school environment).
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach.
A genuine interest in supporting student progress and wellbeing.
This role is ideal for graduates, teaching assistants, or individuals considering a career in education who want to gain valuable classroom experience.
