Supervising classes during teacher absence Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment Ensuring pupils remain on task and engaged Supporting a wide range of subjects across the curriculum Working collaboratively with teaching staff and school leaders Upholding the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing Requirements
