We are looking to appoint proactive, enthusiastic and hardworking people to supervise lessons and support students learning. Main responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor will include:

• Manage the behaviour of the class to ensure students are working in a constructive learning environment.
• Supervise the work set by their subject teacher.

• Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and health and safety of the students.

Ideal Cover Supervisor will have:

• Previous experience working in a school setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage challenging behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
• A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students in their learning
