Cover Supervisor - Secondary Schools (North Staffordshire)

Aspire People, a leading education specialist recruiter based in Staffordshire, is currently seeking Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in North Staffordshire.

The role:

Delivering pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher

Working across KS3 and KS4

Daily ad-hoc supply assignments

Monday to Friday availability

Opportunities to work in a variety of secondary school settings

This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work, including graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced cover supervisors.

Requirements:

Experience working with young people (school-based experience preferred)

Strong classroom management skills

Confident delivering work to whole classes

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
