Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools (Greater Manchester)

Locations: Tameside, Oldham & Rochdale
Start Date: ASAP
Working Days: Monday–Friday (flexible)
Hours: 08:15–15:30
Pay: £95–£120 per day (PAYE & Umbrella)

Brite Education work closely with secondary schools across Greater Manchester to provide reliable, experienced cover supervisors for day-to-day and short-term cover.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

* Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects

* Manage classroom behaviour confidently

* Maintain a structured, positive learning environment

* Support students to stay on task

* Work collaboratively with school staff

Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

* At least 3 months’ experience working in a UK secondary school

* Confidence managing a classroom independently

* Availability for at least 3 days per week

* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

* Right to work in the UK

A degree is desirable but not essential.
