Are you energetic, adaptable, and ready to make a difference in young people's lives? We're on the lookout for a confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to step into the classroom and keep the learning flowing when teachers are away!
About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be the friendly face guiding students through pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects. No two days are the same-you might be supporting a lively Year 7 class in the morning and helping focused Year 11 students prepare for exams in the afternoon!
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering engaging, pre-set lessons to KS3 & KS4 students Keeping classrooms calm, focused, and positive Encouraging participation and supporting student progress Managing classroom behaviour with confidence and fairness Becoming a trusted role model in the school community✨ What We're Looking For
A natural communicator with a positive, can-do attitude Someone who enjoys working with young people (and can match their energy!) Strong classroom presence and the ability to think on your feet Organised, reliable, and ready for anything the school day brings Experience in education is great-but not essential!Why You'll Love It
