Pay: £115–£130 per day (depending on experience)

Are you confident, adaptable, and passionate about supporting students’ learning? We are seeking a reliable Cover Supervisor to join a secondary school in Slough for an immediate start.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced classroom supervisors who want to gain valuable school experience and make a positive impact on young people’s education.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively
Support pupils with their learning and maintain a positive learning environment
Follow school policies on safeguarding, behaviour, and health & safety
Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and classroom engagement
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience working with young people (in education, sports coaching, or similar roles)
Confident in managing classroom behaviour and engaging students
Strong communication and organisational skills
Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
