You will manage classroom behaviour, maintain a focused learning environment, and support students across KS3, KS4, and KS5.Key Responsibilities:Supervise lessons as a Cover Supervisor in the absence of regular teachersQuickly build rapport with studentsImplement behaviour management strategies aligned with school policiesCover a variety of subjects across secondary key stagesEnsure students stay on task and complete assigned workRequirements:UK-recognised degree or relevant experience in a similar roleRight to work in the UKValid enhanced DBS check (preferably recent or on the update service); we can help with the DBS applicationBased in or willing to travel to PortsmouthWhy Join Us?
