full time, term time, fixed-term contract until July 2027 . In return,you will receive a competitive salary of

£28,128 - £29,057 FTE. The Cover Supervisor Role: As the

Cover Supervisor,

you will ensure continuity of learning by supervising students during pre-set English and Math sessions in the absence of the teacher. The role involves maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment, supporting students with their tasks, and promoting engagement and progress. Key Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor: Supervise students during scheduled English and Maths lessons when the teacher is absent. Explain pre-prepared tasks clearly and respond to student queries. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and constructive learning environment. Record and report attendance in line with College procedures. Liaise with curriculum teams to understand lesson plans and resources. Support students in using digital tools and learning technologies. Provide pastoral support and small group interventions where required. Administer and invigilate exams when necessary.
